The implementation of another project has started
As you know, on June 17-18, 2021 the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Andijan region and gave a number of instructions to improve the quality and development of road infrastructure, prevent traffic jams, creating additional amenities for the population by building an overpass and other artificial structures, in particular, the construction of the overpass connecting two parts of Babur Street, which crosses the railroad in the city of Andijan.
In order to fulfill assignments of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the working group headed by acting chief engineer Zafar Makhamatov visited the place of future construction as well as objects of other projects realization these days.
The customer of this project was the unitary enterprise "Ko’prikqurilishta’mirlash Direktsiyasi", the project organization is the unitary enterprise "Ko’prikqurilishloyiha".
Currently, the general contracting organization "2-nd bridge building detachment" has already started construction and installation works. According to the project the total length of the overpass is 796 m, width of the bridge is 25,9 meters. On the overpass there will be located 2 pedestrian walkways and 4 lanes for vehicular traffic.
In addition, during the working trip the state of artificial constructions located between crossings "Andijan2 - Kuygan-yor", "Andijan1 - 331 block-post", "Savay - Khanabad", related to UE "Kokand regional railway junction" was also analyzed. In this connection, the Acting Chief Manager-Chief Engineer Zafar Makhamatov instructed to overhaul and reconstruct reinforced concrete bridges, which are in an emergency condition.
In order to carry out repair works on bridges and overpasses, instructions were given to the director of LLC "Toshtemiryo’lloyiha" to speed up realization of projects and conduction of repair works during 2022.
