Graduates of the current academic year – employed
The Tashkent Institute of railway engineers held a meeting of the working Committee under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "O’zbekistan temir yo’llari” U. N. Tursunkulov.
The main purpose of the meeting was the employment of 1093 graduates of the Tashkent Institute of railway engineers and the creation of decent working conditions for young specialists. The meeting was attended by managers and representatives of more than 60 enterprises, such as structural units of JSC "O’zbekistan temir yo’llari", Almalyk and Navoi mining and metallurgical plants, as well as other representatives of organizations interested in young specialists.
It should be noted that in February-March of this year, a round table discussion was held on the employment of young specialists in the enterprises of the railway sector. Graduates were acquainted with the order of the acting Chairman of the Board of JSC "O’zbekistan temir yo’llari" H. N. Hasilov №82-N "On further strengthening of cooperation between state educational institutions and large enterprises of public administration" dated February 20, 2019.
At the last meeting, the members of the working Commission took into account the results of the survey, which was conducted during the distribution of jobs for young professionals. The main attention was paid to the marital status of graduates, their place of residence and willingness to work at the proposed job. Also, the wishes of students who studied on a contract basis were taken into account.
Graduates of the Tashkent Institute of railway engineers were acquainted with the proposed vacancies, working conditions, wages and other necessary information.
During the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the JSC “O’zbekistan temir yo’llari” Utkir Tursunkulov conducted interviews with graduates who scored high points during the educational process. Gifted students during the meeting were invited to engage in scientific activities. The problems and issues faced by young scientists were also discussed.
It was noted that the full support of young scientists is the main priority of the society.
